Clinical Findings- Clinical and radiographical examinations revealed a vestigial scapula, distally bifurcated humerus, two underdeveloped ulnae, two ossification centers for radius and more or less complete duplication of manus in the extra fore limb. Treatment and Outcome- The supernumerary limb was removed surgically.
